An email of confirmation will be sent generally within 30 minutes after a successful checkout and there is no need to tick any boxes.
We commercialize made to measure products, executed according to your dimensions and preferences. This means that you should pay careful attention when recording the sizes to match your windows and any special framing. You do not need to deduct anything from the set sizes so as to guarantee a complete fit against the window frame. There are no returns or refunds granted for wrong measurements ordered by the customer. This is because we are unable to resell custom-made products and therefore offer repayment.
Despite the use of high precision machines in the manufacturing process, there is a 2 to 5 mm margin of error and we cannot replace blinds found within this margin.
You should understand that when you place an order based on online samples, the actual product may be slightly different in colour, as monitor colours may vary depending on hardware. The enlarged pictures of the interior decor are used strictly for illustration purposes. If you want to see a larger image of the sample, just select "Download Sample". Our website features only high resolution pictures and we cannot pay you back because of colours not matching, seeing that monitor display settings can vary. If you are looking for a specific colour, we suggest that you order free samples before placing an order for blinds.
Some of the products are named differently than the manufacturers, therefore the name on the delivery labels may vary. Please match the sample to the received item to ensure that your order is indeed correct.
With roller/blackout blinds, the received products may have a different drop within the specified maximum limit. This, however, does not affect the operation of the blinds as this kind of blinds allow any drop.
We sell 100% natural wood blinds which may suffer colour alterations depending on the timbers used in the production, even from one batch to the other. As a result, we urge customers to place their order as soon as they receive the samples in the mail. Wooden window coverings should not be installed in humid environments, such as bathrooms.
The wood blinds we feature online are primarily made of basswood and stained to match other wood essences. These can bear different names on our website, as well as in the manufacturer's catalog.
It is important that you are aware of the fact that the blinds industry uses different wood species, as opposed to other industries. For instance, the flooring industry uses real walnut timber when advertising "walnut floors", whereas blinds would be made of basswood or other such timbers, which have been painted or stained to duplicate walnut. If you wish to match your floor to your blinds, you should procure free samples in the mail before ordering so that you can compare the colours and make the right decision. In case a blind is manufactured from that actual wood species, the product will appear with the word "real" in the name, e.g. "real wood".
Please use our contact page if you have any questions about your order or need assistance from one of our customer care advisers. We cannot offer telephone assistance as the products are outsourced from the UK and all over Europe and the suppliers need to be contacted first. We normally require 1 or 2 business days to reply to inquiries.
Please note that if you place an order via telephone, our operators will always repeat that order back to you. Claims that the wrong measurements or items have been inserted by the operators cannot be accepted. Please ensure that all the specifications for your product have been checked after placing an order, by making use of the instructions in the email confirmation we will send. You can also view the details of your order on the contact page on our website. These normally appear approximately half an hour after you have placed the order via telephone.
The estimated delivery period is available in the product page and all quotation pages. Please note that 7 days, for example, means 7 business days from the moment the purchase is processed in our bank account (24 hours). We ask for your patience since most products are made to measure and require time for manufacture and delivery. The delivery terms are no longer valid in the case of busy periods of the year such as Christmas of Bank Holidays.
In certain areas including Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands carriers may charge an extra delivery fee. We will inform you of this fact as soon as possible, if this is the case with your order. You can cancel the order if you decline the payment of the extra charge.
If the customer is not in when the carrier delivers the order, they will leave a card or message on the telephone to inform the customer of the attempted delivery. If the customer does not contact the carrier to arrange a more convenient time for redelivery and the order gets returned as a result, he will be charged with an additional redelivery fee of 8 to 10 pounds for resending the order.
Please check the boxes for any damage upon delivery and, should you find anything wrong, sign for the packages as damaged on the courier paper. Note that the state of the boxes does not necessarily reflect the state of the products inside so we request that the goods inside are checked as well. We require that all orders which are signed for as damaged be reported on the Contact Us page (preferably within 24 hours). With every order, the goods must be inspected (preferably immediately upon delivery) and any problems should be reported within 28 days from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures as proof of the reported issues.
Deliveries are not guaranteed. Although over 90% of deliveries run smoothly some fail. We request our customers not book installations or take time of work before goods arrive. We will not be able to compensate against failed deliveries.
We charge a fee per blind in order to offer bespoke service next day. Customers will have to add the next day charge to all the blinds in the order except where the next day service is not available.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 excludes made to measure products (blinds, curtains, shades, awnings or shutters) from the legislation and the 7-day cancellation rights do not apply. We do not accept returns of made to measure goods. The 7-day return period applies only to blinds which are not made to measure and it is made at the customer's expense.

We feature goods from different manufacturers, so operating parts and fittings may vary, which is why you should use the instructions delivered with the blinds. This information will not be stored or given to third parties. It will be used strictly to process your order.
Use of additional safety devices may reduce the risk of strangulation but the blind cannot be considered foolproof. Elimination of this type of risk can be achieved by keeping cords, chains, tapes and similar out of the reach of children. You must not install the blind without having the child safety device installed as well. If for any reason you cannot find the device you must contact us for a replacement and only after proceed with installation.
